Can a category be removed from the preference centre if it does not have cookies? 

Yes, you can hide or remove categories with no cookies from the preference centre. To do this, follow the below steps:

1. From the Dashboard, navigate to the Cookie Manager.
2. Locate the cookie category you want to hide or remove; click on the Edit icon next to the category name.
3. Toggle the button (to the right) labelled Hide category from banner and click the Save Draft button to save the change made.
   
4. Click the Publish Change button.
