The CookieYes Affiliate Program
Any members whose CookieYes account accepts revenue under the Affiliate Program are bound to the following terms.
Upon launch of the Affiliate Program any member who has acquired the status of an Affiliate (“Affiliate”), will be entitled to a percentage ‘%’ of the revenue share of all deposits made to the CookieYes website by those members who join the website on or after the date of that launch.
The percentage of revenue share held by an Affiliate is applied to a deposit amount after any transaction fees have been deducted. For details on our current Transaction Fees please contact info@CookieYes.com
Affiliate Accounts are non-transferable. Users found abusing their status as an Affiliate will result in the immediate termination of their Accounts. In this instance any outstanding revenues, deposit amounts or subscriptions will also be terminated. You shall have no right to appeal any decision by CookieYes to reject your application.
Revenues earned by Affiliates will be placed in their CookieYes account only. Users may withdraw these revenues wholly or partially at any time they wish, and as frequently as required, providing the amount meets our minimum withdrawal limit. CookieYes is not held responsible for any transaction fees charged by merchants as a result of such withdrawals.
You can cancel your status as an Affiliate at any time by contacting us; any outstanding revenues will remain at your disposal in your withdrawable balance. Following cancellation, your CookieYes account will continue to function as normal, outside of the Affiliate Program.
CookieYes make no warranties as to the expected lifetime of its Affiliate Program, and in being an Affiliate, you acknowledge and agree that CookieYes or the website could change or terminate in the future – this includes, but is not limited to, discontinuation of services, closure of business, acquisition by another entity, a change of control, a significant merger or other legal reorganization.
The Affiliate and CookieYes are independent parties, and nothing in this Agreement will create any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship between the parties. The Affiliate shall have no authority to make or accept any offers or representations on our behalf. The Affiliate shall not make any statement, whether on the Affiliate’s site or otherwise, that conflicts with this Clause.
The Affiliate will not be treated as an employee with respect to any local statute, ordinance, rule, or regulation of any country whatsoever.
Affiliates are not included in any Shareholder agreement associated with CookieYes, nor regarded as Agents of the company, and as a result have no claim of stock, share, voting rights, profits, capital or monies from acquisition, merger or legal reorganisation outside of the percentage of revenue earned from User deposits to the website as part of this Affiliate Program.
The Affiliate shall not make any claims, representations, or warranties in connection with CookieYes or the website, and the Affiliate shall have no authority to, and shall not bind CookieYes to any obligations outside of this Agreement unless agreed to in writing by us.
