Can I use CookieYes GTM template while using plugin?

No. If you use the CookieYes plugin, you do not need to install the CookieYes GTM template. Instead, you can use the custom script by following this guide.

The CookieYes plugin and CookieYes CMP tag in GTM add the banner script to your website. So, using both the CookieYes plugin and CookieYes CMP tag in GTM simultaneously duplicates the banner script on your website, causing a conflict in the site’s JavaScript functionality.

Note

To implement Google Consent Mode, you must connect to the WebApp.
