Why Does My Plugin Connect to a CookieYes Account with No Configuration Options?
Your plugin may connect to a CookieYes account without configuration options if you’re using the GDPR Cookie Consent plugin, which has an older user interface (UI) known as the Legacy version. This version connects to the CookieYes web app solely for scanning purposes, making it unavailable for any other dashboard features in the web app while you use this version.
To resolve this, you can migrate the sites to the newer UI without affecting the configurations.To do so,
- Update the plugin to the latest version (v3.0.7 and higher).
