Last updated on July 4, 2024

Note

Note: Static IP scanning will be available only for users on the Ultimate plan.

To ensure comprehensive audits and enable consent management platforms to fully scan websites, it is recommended that the IP addresses be whitelisted in firewalls or other security systems.

CookieYes conducts audits from a dedicated pool of static IP addresses.  To perform a Static IP scanning and whitelist the IP address, follow the steps below:

Step 1: Enable Static IP Scan

  1. Navigate to the Dashboard > Advanced Settings.
  2. In the Scan Settings section, enable the Static IP scan by selecting Enabled from the dropdown.
  3. Click the tick mark to save the settings.

Step 2: Whitelist the IP Addresses

To avoid blocking the scanners, whitelist the following IP addresses in your firewall or other security systems:

  • 3.248.28.214
  • 54.77.122.154

By following these steps, you will ensure that CookieYes can conduct comprehensive audits of your website without any interruptions from security systems.
