How to enable Two-factor authentication?
Step 1:
From the CookieYes Dashboard, navigate to the Profile icon in the top-right corner and click My Account from the drop-down.

Step 2:
Under Security, click the Set up 2FA button.

Step 3:
Scan the QR code or enter the setup key on your authenticator app.

Supported Authentication Apps
CookieYes 2FA is compatible with any 2FA authentication app that supports time-based, one-time passwords. Below are some examples of supported 2FA authentication apps:
- Microsoft Authenticator
- Google Authenticator
- Authy
- LastPass Authenticator
You can use any of these authentication apps to generate verification codes.
Step 4:
The authentication app will begin generating time-based codes for CookieYes. Enter the current six-digit verification code generated by your authenticator app, then click the Verify Code button.
Step 5:
Copy and securely store your 2FA recovery code, then tick the checkbox and click the Okay button.

How to regenerate the 2FA recovery code?
Step 1:
From the CookieYes Dashboard, navigate to the Profile icon in the top-right corner and click My Account from the drop-down.

Step 2:
Under Security, click the Re-generate recovery codes button.

Step 3:
In the modal, enter your CookieYes password and click the Re-generate recovery codes button.

How to disable 2FA?
Step 1:
From the CookieYes Dashboard, navigate to the Profile icon in the top-right corner and click My Account from the drop-down.

Step 2:
Under Security, click the Disable 2FA button.

Step 3:
In the modal, enter your CookieYes password, then click the Disable 2FA button.
