Why does the cookie banner keep reappearing?

The cookie banner might be reappearing due to the following reasons:

• If the registred URL format is HTTP, changing it to HTTPS might resolve the problem.
• If your website’s registered URL is of the format www.test.com, change it to test.com.
• Safari’s default settings may auto-block cookies, leading to the banner reappearing.
• Changing cookieyes-consent  from Necessary cookie to a different category.
• If the consent expiry is set to zero, it can cause the banner to reappear.
