How Do I Uninstall CookieYes From HubSpot?

To uninstall CookieYes from HubSpot, you need to remove both the app connection and the banner script.

Step 1: Uninstall the app from HubSpot

  1. Log in to your HubSpot account.

  2. Click the Settings icon in the top navigation bar.

  3. In the left sidebar, go to Integrations > Connected apps.

  4. Locate CookieYes. Click Actions > Uninstall.

  5. In the confirmation modal, type uninstall in the input field and click Uninstall.

Step 2: Remove the CookieYes script from your site

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. In the left sidebar menu, scroll down to Tools and click Content > Pages.
  3. Select the domain where CookieYes was installed.
  4. Open the Templates tab.
  5. Remove the CookieYes script from the Site header HTML field.

  6. Click Save.
