# How do you set GDPR cookie consent?
To set up or implement GDPR cookie consent on your website, here are the steps to follow.

Step 2. Select and customize a cookie banner template
Step 3. Copy the installation code on your screen
Step 4. Paste it on your website’s source code and done. You now have a cookie banner on your website!
Step 5. Head to the CookieYes dashboard and complete your website scanning.
Step 6. Now, enable the consent log  from the ‘Site Settings’
