UX Researcher + UX Designer

We are looking for a UX Researcher + UX Designer with a design thinking mindset who is able to create the UX flow of our SaaS product. You are expected to work closely with product managers to understand detailed requirements & design the complete user experience.

Responsibilities:

• Identify the user journey including edge cases and prepare mockups
• Improve the usability of the application
• Translate a highly complex feature into flows that are easy to understand
• Work closely with developers to oversee full implementation of the User Experience and provide inputs
• Conduct User Research and competitor analysis

Requirements:

• Degree in Interaction design, User Experience Design or similar streams are preferred
• B-tech graduates with an exposure to UX designing can also apply
• 3+ years of UX design experience
• Experience in working on UX of SaaS applications is preferred
• Strong experience in prototyping tools and designing tools like Figma, sketch etc
• Should be open to new ideas and feedbacks
• Customer-centric approach and a strong understanding of UX research methodologies
• Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently
